My garden is on the verge of yielding about 10 huge butternut squash. So here's the question: What in the world can you do with butternut squash!? I probably should have thought of that before I planted this green monster that has taken over my yard.

Maybe you can grill them? I don't know. I'm not sure I've ever actually eaten squash. I kind of avoid most veggies at all cost.
I love squash. Here is how we do it: slice ans quarter the squash. Place on tinfoil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Tony Chaceri spices, drop in a big dollop of butter and wrap in tinfoil (we also chop up onions with ours). place on top wrack of grill. Wait. enjoy.
Grilled is great, but we steamed some squash and zucchini from my uncle's garden this weekend, and it was yummy. I also like throwing things like that in with pasta and marinara sauce.
The resident veggie eaters were clearly more helpful than I. But I do expect some gourmet squash concoction served to me upon my move.
