Just say no! to Circuit City
Have you heard about the new Circuit City firing policy? Basically, fire the people that have worked there a long time, have the most product knowledge, and are most loyal to the company--and replace them with cheaper entry-level paid workers. Sounds like a GREAT policy. No wonder Best Buy is king in that retail sector!

That's depressing, but somehow not surprising. I've never really liked Circuit City.
Although, have you heard about Best Buy's "secret" intranet site? Everyone's shady these days.

Here's where I would say, "yes, and" to your blog. I think that CC will fire a ton of people, but they've offered people lower salaries. So what is going to occur, they will release them, hire them and give them the same exact job responsibilities. Good, bad or indifferent, you must admit that its effective.
